PREPARATION

Ingredients

Calamari rings, breaded, cooked

5 oz / 142 g

Red peppers, roasted, julienned

1/2 oz / 14 g

Pickles, spicy bread and butter, diced

1/2 oz / 14 g

Stouffer’s Alfredo Sauce, hot (3 x 1.8 kg)

1/3 cup / 75 ml

Parsley, fresh, chopped

1/2 tsp / 2.5 ml

 

Method

  1. Toss together the cooked calamari, peppers, and pickles.
  2. Ladle Alfredo Sauce onto each plate. Top with calamari mix and sprinkle with parsley.
