Chicken, Asparagus, and Sun-dried Tomato Pizza

PREPARATION

Ingredients

Stouffer’s Alfredo Sauce (3 x 1.8 kg), hot

80 ml / 1/3 cup

12-inch pizza crust

1 ea

Chicken meat, light and dark, cooked, chopped 

227 g / 8 oz

Red onions, julienned

80 ml / 1/3 cup

Asparagus, chopped

125 ml / 1/2 cup

Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 

60 ml / 1/4 cup

Parsley, chopped

15 ml / 1 Tbsp

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread Alfredo Sauce evenly over pizza dough. Top with chicken, onions, asparagus, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Transfer to oven and cook until slightly browned, approximately 10–12 minutes.

Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
