PREPARATION

Ingredients

Stouffer's Macaroni and Cheese 4 x 1.8 kg

64 oz / 1.8 kg

Pork bacon, raw, cooked, diced or crumbled

16 oz / 454 g

Lettuce, iceberg, shredded

1 cup / 250 ml

Tomatoes, medium diced

24 oz / 607 g

Croutons, seasoned, toasted

Method

  1. Prepare Macaroni and Cheese per package directions.
  2. Cook bacon; chop or crumble, reserve, keep warm.
  3. Place 4 oz of hot Macaroni and Cheese into serving dish, top with 1/4 oz of shredded lettuce, 1 oz bacon and 1-1/2 oz of diced tomatoes and garnish with croutons.
