Ingredients

Butter, unsalted

56 g / 2 oz

Minor's Chipotle Flavour Concentrate 6 x 14.4 ounces

14 g / 0.5 oz

Granulated sugar

113 g / 4 oz

Table salt

7 g / 0.25 oz

Walnuts, chopped

113 g / 4 oz

Pecans, chopped

113 g / 4 oz

Cashews, raw, chopped

113 g / 4 oz

Peanuts, all types, raw, chopped

Method

  1. Melt butter over medium-high heat. Once butter has melted, whisk in Chipotle Flavor Concentrate until thoroughly dispersed.
  2. Add sugar and salt and whisk briskly for 30 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add nuts and thoroughly toss in butter mixture.
  3. Spread nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake in a convection oven at 325°F for 10-20 minutes or until the nuts are lightly toasted.
  4. Cool and store in an airtight container.
