Broccoli Pineapple Slaw

A great refreshing slaw with the smokey heat of Minor's Chipotle.

PREPARATION

Ingredients

Yogurt, Greek Style, Light

8 oz / 227 g

Rice vinegar

1 fl.oz / 30 ml

Agave, nectar

1 oz / 28 g

Minor's Chipotle Flavour Concentrate 6 x 14.4 ounces

2 tsp / 10 ml

Broccoli Slaw, pre-packaged

24 oz / 680 g

Scallions, thin sliced

1 oz / 28 g

Pineapple, fresh, medium diced

11 oz / 311 g

 

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, vinegar, agave syrup and Chipotle Flavour Concentrate. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add broccoli slaw, scallions and pineapple; toss to coat.
  3. Keep refrigerated until use.
  4. Use to accompany a Turkey Loco Moco.
