Loaded French Fries

Classic loaded fries with ancho create a shareable specialty with a contemporary Latin twist.

PREPARATION

Ingredients

Sour cream

60 ml / 1/4 cup

Minor's® Ancho Flavour Concentrate Gluten Free

8 ml / 1-1/2 tsp

French fries, straight 3/8 cut, cooked, hot

227 g / 8 oz

Cheddar cheese, shredded

250 ml / 1 cup

Bacon, cooked, diced

75 ml / 1/3 cup

Scallions, bias cut

60 ml / 1/4 cup

 

Method

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream with Ancho flavour concentrate and refrigerate.
  2. Remove hot fries from fry basket. In a large mixing bowl, immediately toss hot fries with shredded cheese and place on a warm plate.
  3. Top fries with bacon. Drizzle fries with ancho sour cream and top with scallions.
