Pineapple Chipotle Salsa, Gluten Free*

Ingredients

Vegetable oil

30 ml / 2 tbsp

Minor's Chipotle Flavour Concentrate Gluten

Free (6 x 14.4 oz)

10 ml / 2 tsp

Red onion, small diced

62 ml / 1/4 cup

Red bell pepper, small diced

125 ml / 1/2 cup

Pineapple, small diced

750 ml / 3 cups

Cilantro, chopped

15 ml / 1 tbsp

 

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and Chipotle Flavour Concentrate.
  2. Add and combine red onions, red peppers, pineapple, and cilantro. Mix until well incorporated. Refrigerate until use.
