  • 30 milligrams Parsley, chopped
  • 1 gram Celery, sticks
  • 1 gram Carrot, sticks
  • 1 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 gram Cauliflower florets, blanched
  • 1 gram Chicken wings, prepared
  • 1 gram Seasoned potato wedges, prepared
  • 5 pieces Soft pretzels, prepared
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
