Roasted Garlic Sourdough Stuffing
Made with MINOR'S Mirepoix and Roasted Garlic Flavour Concentrate, our roasted garlic sourdough stuffing recipe will become a staple in your restaurant's holiday menu.

Ingredients
- Butter, unsalted 30 ml
- Onion, diced 225 g
- Celery, diced 225 g
- Black Pepper, ground 2.5 ml
- Sourdough bread, crusts removed, cubed 500 g
- Water, warm 375 ml
- Minor's Sauteed Vegetable (Mirepoix) Base 6 x 1 lb 7.5 ml
- Minor's Roasted Garlic Flavour Concentrate 6 x 1 lb 45 ml
- Cream 35% 125 ml
- Egg 1
- Sage, fresh, chopped 15 ml
Preparation

1Place a large pan on medium high heat. Add butter, melt, once hot add onions, celery and pepper. Sauté for 8 minutes.

2Place bread in a large bowl. Add sauteed onion and peppers to bowl.

3In a separate bowl - mix together, water, both Minor's, cream and egg. Add to dry mix and add sage. Mix to combine.

4Place mix in a buttered 13 x 9 baking dish and place in oven at 190 C / 375 F. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden and crisp.
