This recipe is made easy with our TRIO Turkey Gravy Mix. TRIO Turkey Gravy Mix is mildly seasoned with rich, golden colour and the flavours of roasted turkey, celery and onions.

Ingredients
  • Canola oil, 60 ml
  • Mushroom, white, quartered, 750 ml
  • Shallot, minced, 56 g
  • Sage leaf, dried, 15 ml
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped, 30 ml
  • Water, 1 ltr
  • Trio Turkey Gravy Mix, 1/4 bag (140 g)
Preparation

    Place water in pot and make Trio Turkey Gravy to package instructions.

    In a separate pot heat oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add mushrooms, shallots and sage; sauté 3 minutes. Add parsley and mix well.

    Add prepared Turkey Gravy and mix to combine.
