  1. Heat ground beef, combine enchilada sauce and Maggi Seasoning, add to beef.
  2. Place 3 oz. chips on plate. Top with 2 oz. beef mixture. Ladle 2.75 oz. Nacho Cheese Sauce over top.
  3. Depending on the thickness of the enchilada sauce a little bit of cornstarch slurry may be added to adjust the consistency.
