- Cavatappi Pasta, dry, 454 g
- Trio Cheese Sauce, prepared held warm(4x908g), 1 ltr
- Minor's Fire Roasted Poblano Flavour Concentrate (6x385g), 192.5 g / 1/2 tub
- Cheese Monterey/Cheddar Blend, shredded, 150 g
- Mexican Corn Chips, as needed
- Green Onions, bias cut, as needed
Preparation

1Cook pasta in salted water al dente as per package directions.

2Mix cooked pasta with prepared Trio Cheese Sauce and Minor's Fire Roasted Poblano Flavour Concentrate.

3Place in an oven-safe container. Top with shredded cheese.

4Bake in 400 F oven for 12 minutes. Remove and top with your choice of toppings.
