Pork loin

10 lb / 4.54 kg

Minor’s Chipotle Flavour Concentrate (6 x 14.4 oz)

6 oz / 170 g

 

Method

  1. Rub pork loin with Chipotle Flavor Concentrate. Marinate, refrigerated, for at least 4 hours.
  2. On the day of service, roast at 350°F until desired doneness is achieved. Allow roast to rest for 10–12 minutes before slicing.
