Breakfast Pancake Stack made with KITKAT® Spread

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour, 196g
- Baking powder, 6g
- Superfine sugar, 58g
- 2% Milk, 266mL
- Eggs, whole, 73g
- Unsalted butter, 41g
- Cocoa powder, 3g
- KITKAT® Spread, 140g
- KITKAT® Crushed, 70g
- Fruit of choice, 560g
Preparation

1First, Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy, and gradually add in the sugar. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and egg yolk. Add the milk and mix to make a batter.

2After the batter is combined, fold into the egg white mixture. Then gently fold in the melted butter.

3Once your batter is complete, heat an 8cm (about 3.15 in) pancake pan over a medium heat and grease lightly. Cook until the bottom side is golden brown, then remove from the pan and set aside. Repeat the process of greasing the pan between pancakes as needed.

4To assemble the pancake stack, place a pancake on a plate, spread on some KITKAT® Spread, sprinkle some KITKAT® Crushed on top, and decorate with desired fruit. Repeat the process until the desired pancake stack height is achieved.
