Warm crepes filled with the milk chocolate flavour and crispness of KitKat®. Top with your favourite fresh fruit and garnish this simple but notable dessert with a KitKat® Finger.

Ingredients
  • 150 grams Flour, All-Purpose, unbleached
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar, white granulated
  • 1 pinch Salt (a pinch)
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, unsalted, melted
  • 2 tablespoons KITKAT® Spread
Preparation

    In a bowl combine flour, sugar and salt. Whisk in eggs and ½ cup of milk until batter is smooth. Then slowly add remaining milk and whisk continuously to combine. Then whisk in melted butter.

    Place a 9 inch (23 cm) non-stick pan on medium heat. Once hot, brush with soft butter.

    Using a 2 oz (60 ml.) ladle place batter in the centre of the pan and tilt the pan around to have batter coat the bottom of the pan. Cook for approx. 45 seconds (until the edge browns and peels away from the pan easily). Flip, cook on the other side for 15 seconds. Continue for remaining crepes.

    Spread KITKAT® SPREAD inside warm crepe, fold and add your choice of toppings. Garnish with a Kit Kat Finger. Enjoy.
