Preparation

To enhance scratch stocks for soups, sauces and gravies, add Minor's chicken base to reach desired flavour level. To make a recipe-ready stock, add chicken base to boiling water and stir:

5ml (1 tsp) Minor's chicken base + 1 cup water
20ml (4 tsp) Minor's chicken base + 1 litre water
1 lb (1 container) Minor's chicken base + 18 litres water
