Preparation

To enhance scratch stocks, add base to reach desired flavor level. To make an instant fully seasoned stock/broth, add base to
boiling water and stir:

¾ tsp Base + 1 cup water
1 tbsp base + 1 litre water
1 lb base (1 container) + 18 litres water
