Ingredients
  • Butter, unsalted softened, 227g
  • Brown Sugar, 213g
  • White Sugar, 100g
  • Baking Soda, 4g
  • Salt, 3g
  • Eggs, 2
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (5ml)
  • All-purpose flour, 300g
  • Kit Kat Crushed 10x907 g, 2 cups (500ml)
  • Kit Kat Spread 2 kg, 1 tbsp per cookie (15ml)

    Pre-heat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    In a mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the butter on high for 30 seconds. Then, add the sugars, baking soda, and salt, and mix until combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add the eggs one at a time, along with the vanilla, and mix them in.

    Gradually add the flour and mix until fully combined. Once all the flour is added, gently mix in the KitKat® Crushed using a spatula.

    Use a #30 trigger scoop to place the dough on a baking pan. Bake in the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes or until the edges brown. Allow your KitKat® Cookies to sit on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.

    Once the cookies are cool, spread KitKat® Spread over the top of each cookie using a palette knife, or dip the cookies in KitKat® Spread to cover the top.

    For an extra touch, sprinkle the top of the cookies with more KitKat® Crushed or add a finger of a KitKat® mini bar.
