Ingredients
  • Beef Barbacoa, cooked, shredded, 550 g
  • 3” Corn Tortilla, warm, 16 each
  • White Onion, fine dice, 240 g
Fire Roasted Poblano Crema
  • Sour Cream, 227 g
  • Yogurt, Greek, 60 g
  • MINOR'S® Fire Roasted Poblano Flavour Concentrate, 90 g
  • Lime, ½
Garnish
  • Cilantro, chopped, 1/2 tsp per taco
  • Lime, wedge, 1 per serving

    Prepare crema by mixing sour cream, yogurt, Minor’s and lime in a bowl, pulse with a hand blender – place in a squeeze bottle for service

    Top warm tortilla with 35 g hot beef barbacoa, top with 15 g of onion, drizzle with crema and top with cilantro. Plate 2 taco per order.
