Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla

Ingredients
- Canola oil, 30mL
- Steak, top round, small diced, 454g
- Bell pepper, red, small diced, 1
- Bell pepper, green, small diced, 1
- Onion, yellow, small diced, 1/2
- Mushrooms, button, sliced, 1 cup
- Garlic, fresh, minced, 2 cloves
- 10" Flour tortillas, 5
- Nestlé Professional White Queso Cheese Sauce, 625mL
- Salt and pepper to taste

1To prepare the Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla filling: Begin by heating oil in a skillet. Once the oil is hot, add the steak and let it cook until it achieves a golden-brown hue, which typically takes around 7 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the browned steak from the pan and transfer it to a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.

2In that same skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until they become tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add the garlic and continue cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute. Transfer mixture into the bowl with the steak, and gently combine all the ingredients. Season the mixture to your taste with salt and pepper.

3To assemble the Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas: Take each of the 5 tortillas and spread approximately 125 ml of Nestlé Professional White Queso Cheese Sauce on one half of each tortilla. Next, add around 113 grams of the prepared steak filling on top of the queso-covered half. Fold the tortilla over, creating a half-moon shape by folding the other half over the filling.
