Preparation
1. Heat 2 L (70 fl oz) water and 330 ml (1 1/3 cups) of unsalted butter 200°F (95°C). DO NOT LET BOIL.
2. Turn off heat. Add sauce mix gradually, stirring briskly.
3. Turn on heat to 200°F (95°C). Stir briskly until smooth and thick. 1-2 minutes.
