Suggestions
Because equipment varies, these instructions are guidelines only. Product may be thawed under refrigeration 4°C (40°F) for no more than 48 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Tent lid. Place product on a baking sheet. If product is frozen at -18°C (0°F) and using a conventional oven at 204°C (400°F), cook for 1 hour and 55 minutes. Remove lid during last 10 minutes.
