For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Cook product to internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). If using a convection oven 163°C (325°F) Preheated, place tray on a baking sheet. During last 10-15 minutes rotate steaks and spoon with gravy; replace lid. If frozen cook 50-55 minutes, if thawed cook 35-40 minutes. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (4°C/40°F) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
