Beef, ground

Salsa with green chiles

1 qt / 946 ml

Tortilla chip

6 lb / 2.7 kg

Trio Nacho Cheese Sauce, held hot for service

102 fl oz / 3 ltr.

Jalapeños, canned, diced

4 each

 

Method

  1. Combine ground beef and salsa. Heat.
  2. Place 2 oz. chips on plate. Top with 2 oz. beef mixture. Ladle 2 oz. Trio Nacho Cheese Sauce over top. Add jalapeños.
  3. Garnish with sliced ripe olives, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions, if desired. Serve.
