- Cauliflower florets, 1 head (900g)
- Canola Oil, 15mL
- Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper, 1 pinch
- Minor’s General Tso’s Ready To Use Sauce (4 x 2.35 kg), 250mL
- Red Peppers, julienne, 120g
- Carrots, match stick, 60g
- Slaw Mix, 160g
- Green Onions, chopped, 120mL
- Rice, cooked, 800mL
- Sesame Seeds, toasted, 15mL

1In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with oil, salt and black pepper.

2Roast cauliflower at 400F until golden brown, approximately 18 minutes.

3In a bowl, add cauliflower and Minor’s General Tso Ready-to-Use Sauce and toss until coated.

4Plate cauliflower with a side of bell peppers, carrots, slaw, green onions and rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
