You can enjoy cold coffee in a variety of ways – one of our personal favourites is the Dalgona Coffee. Dalgona Coffee, also known as whipped coffee, originates from Korea and is made with instant coffee.

This drink is sweet and refreshing, perfect for an afternoon caffeine-run! Our Dalgona Coffee recipe is created using NESCAFÉ Clásico Instant Coffee, which features a medium to dark roast with a bold, full flavour, moderate acidity, and good persistency.

Ingredients

  • Granulated sugar, 2 tbsp
  • NESCAFÉ Clásico Instant coffee, 2tbsp
  • Cold water, 2tbsp
  • Ice for serving
  • Milk for serving
Preparation

    In a medium bowl combine coffee, sugar, and water. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, mix until it thickens and holds its dense foamy shape.

    Fill a glass 3/4 of the way with Ice and milk, then top with the whipped mixture.
