Cold Brew Brownies

A rich chocolate brownie with the smooth taste of NESCAFÉ Cold Brew.

    PREPARATION

    Ingredients

    Brownie

     

    NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

    1/3 Cup (75ml)

    Canola Oil

    1/3 Cup (75ml)

    Egg

    1

    Brownie Mix

    16 oz
    Icing 

    Whipped Frosting

    1 lb

    NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

    1.5 Tbsp

     

    Method

    Brownie

    1. Add brownie mix to large mixing bowl.
    2. Add all other ingredients and gently fold over to mix.
    3. Spray bottom of the cake pan - place parchment over. Pour batter in pan.
    4. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
    5. Place in pre-heated oven and let cook for 30 minutes.
    6. Check brownies with toothpick to ensure they are cooked in center.
    7. Cool at room temperature for 2 hours.

    Icing

    1. Gently mix Cold Brew Concentrate into whipped frosting.
    2. Place frosting in piping bag and drizzle over brownies once they have cooled.
