

Cold Brew Brownies
A rich chocolate brownie with the smooth taste of NESCAFÉ Cold Brew.

NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate | 1/3 Cup (75ml) |
Canola Oil | 1/3 Cup (75ml) |
Egg | 1 |
Brownie Mix | 16 oz |
Icing | |
Whipped Frosting | 1 lb |
NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate | 1.5 Tbsp |
Method
Brownie
- Add brownie mix to large mixing bowl.
- Add all other ingredients and gently fold over to mix.
- Spray bottom of the cake pan - place parchment over. Pour batter in pan.
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place in pre-heated oven and let cook for 30 minutes.
- Check brownies with toothpick to ensure they are cooked in center.
- Cool at room temperature for 2 hours.
Icing
- Gently mix Cold Brew Concentrate into whipped frosting.
- Place frosting in piping bag and drizzle over brownies once they have cooled.
