A rich chocolate brownie with the smooth taste of NESCAFÉ Cold Brew. A simple and delicious dessert recipe to include in your dessert menu.
Ingredients
  • 75 milliliters NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 75 milliliters Canola Oil
  • 1 Jar Egg
  • 16 ounces Brownie Mix
  • 1 pound Whipped Frosting
  • 1.5 tablespoons NESCAFÉ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
Preparation

    Add brownie mix to large mixing bowl.
  • 2
    Add all other ingredients and gently fold over to mix.

    Spray bottom of the cake pan - place parchment over. Pour batter in pan.

    Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

    Place in pre-heated oven and let cook for 30 minutes.

    Check brownies with toothpick to ensure they are cooked in center.

    Cool at room temperature for 2 hours.

    Gently mix Cold Brew Concentrate into whipped frosting.

    Place frosting in piping bag and drizzle over brownies once they have cooled.
