Cold Whipped Hot Chocolate Ingredients
- Milk, 100ml
- Carnation Hot Chocolate, 25g
- Whipping Cream (35%), 450ml
- KITKAT® Spread
- KITKAT® Crushed
Preparation

1To start, prepare your Carnation Whip Cream by whipping 100ml of 35% cream with 1 sachet of Carnation Hot Chocolate (25g). We recommend using a service-grade whip cream canister with a cartridge to save time compared to using a mixer.

2Pour KITKAT® Spread on the walls of your serving cup.

3Add ice and fill your serving cup three-quarters full with cold milk.

4Top up your cup with the Carnation Whip Cream.

5To garnish your cold whipped hot chocolate, sprinkle the KITKAT® Crushed and add a drizzle of KITKAT® Spread.
