Use
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTOMATIC DISPENSERS FOR SUPREMA DISPENSER:
- 1. Open door and pull tray out of system.
- 2. Lift bottle up and out of tray.
- 3. Turn bottle over and remove dispenser cap. Discard or recycle empty bottle.
- 4. Thoroughly shake full bottle. Remove and discard cap and foil seal.
- 5. Place dispenser cap on container and tighten. If new dispenser cap is used, first remove red protective cover.
- 6. Turn bottle over and insert into tray. Push down to seat bottle.
- 7. Puncture the vent hole on top of bottle.
- 8. Push tray back into system and close door. Dispense one cup of hot chocolate to prime system. For other automatic dispensers, follow directions as per original manufacturer's instructions. Optimum serving temperature 65-71°C.
FOR BATCH PREPARATION:
Pour 1-part hot chocolate beverage base into a clean dry container, then add 5 parts hot water (76-82 °C). Stir thoroughly and consume immediately. Discard any unused reconstituted beverage. For individual preparation, for 1 cup (250 ml) serving, mix 3 tbsp (45 ml) of beverage base with 205 ml of hot water. Any unused beverage base should be stored in a cool, dry place with the cap properly secured for usage within 24 hours. No refrigeration is required. IMPORTANT Do not mix a new batch with an old batch of hot chocolate beverage base. After 24 hours, discard any unused beverage base that remains and clean dispenser or container thoroughly.
