Onion, diced, 170 g
Garlic, chopped, 14 g
NPRO White Queso Cheese Sauce 6 x 3 kg, warm, 908 g
Beer, Mexican lager, 125 ml

Garnish

Cilantro, chopped, 15 ml

Preparation

In a medium pot over medium high heat, brown chorizo. Add onions and garlic and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add White Queso Sauce and stir until well blended.

Remove from heat and add beer. Stir to mix. Keep warm for service.
