Ingredients
  • Cauliflower florets, 1 head (900g)
  • Canola Oil, 15mL
  • Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper, 1 pinch
  • Minor’s General Tso’s Ready To Use Sauce (4 x 2.35 kg), 250mL
  • Red Peppers, julienne, 120g
  • Carrots, match stick, 60g
  • Slaw Mix, 160g
  • Green Onions, chopped, 120mL
  • Rice, cooked, 800mL
  • Sesame Seeds, toasted, 15mL

    In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with oil, salt and black pepper.

    Roast cauliflower at 400F until golden brown, approximately 18 minutes.

    In a bowl, add cauliflower and Minor’s General Tso Ready-to-Use Sauce and toss until coated.

    Plate cauliflower with a side of bell peppers, carrots, slaw, green onions and rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
