Minor’s Ancho flavour concentrate is made from ancho peppers and sauteed onions. It provides a rich and sweet southwestern-styled flavour, pairing perfectly with our bourbon style sauce. This skirt steak can be used as a versatile protein component for any dish. Pair it with Pico de Gallo and sliced avocado for a zesty salad or wrapped in a warm tortilla to create a hearty fajita.
- Bourbon whiskey, Kentucky bourbon, 125mL
- Olive oil (or Canola oil), 125mL
- Minor's Bourbon Style ready-to-use Sauce, 625mL
- Minor's Ancho Flavour Concentrate, 20mL
- Beef skirt steak, inside, lean, raw, trimmed, 908g

1In a bowl, combine the Minor’s Bourbon Sauce, Ancho Flavour Concentrate, bourbon and oil to create a marinade. Add in your skirt steak and marinate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.

2After marinating, move your skirt steak on to a medium hot grill and cook until medium rare or as desired temperature.
