Preparation
Thaw at 0-4°C (32-40°F) for 24 hours prior to use. When thawed, mix product in a separate clean and sanitized container with potable water.
Do not add water directly to package.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Refrigerate thawed concentrate and reconstituted product 0-4°C (32-40°F)
For 1 cup (250 ml) serving, mix approximately 2 tbsp (36 ml) of product with about 1 cup (215 ml) of water.
