PREPARATION & STORAGE

Cooking Preparation Methods:

GRIDDLE/FLAT-TOP

FROM THAWED:

  • Preheat Griddle to 350°F
  • Lightly oil griddle.
  • Place patties on griddle.
  • Cook for 6 minutes.
  • Flip over and cook for an additional 5 – 5½ minutes.

GAS CHAR-GRILL

FROM THAWED:

  • Preheat Char Grill to 470°-500°F.
  • Lightly oil the grill racks.
  • Place patties on grill.
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Flip over and cook for an additional 4 – 5 minutes.

CONVECTION OVEN

FROM THAWED:

  • Preheat Oven to 350°F with low fan setting.
  • Place patties on a greased sheet tray.
  • Cook in oven for 11 minutes, turning half way through cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

FROM THAWED:

  • Preheat Oven to 350°F.
  • Place patties on a greased sheet tray.
  • Cook in oven for 17 minutes, turning half way through cooking.

DEEP FRY

FROM THAWED:

  • Heat oil in fryer to 325°-350°F
  • Place patties in fryer basket or fryer hash brown basket.
  • Cook for 3 ½ – 4 minutes.

Storage

  • Shelf-Life: 2 days refrigerated (8 months frozen)
