PREPARATION & STORAGE

Preparation

  1. For food safety and quality follow these cooking instructions: Cook product to internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). COOK THOROUGHLY. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40°F / 4°C) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
  2. CONVECTION OVEN Preheated 350° F (177° C): Tent lid. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 10-15 minutes. If frozen 0° F (-18° C), cook 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. If thawed 40° F (4° C) or less, cook 50-55 minutes.
  3. CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheated 400° F (204° C): Tent lid. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 10-15 minutes. If frozen 0° F (-18° C), cook 1 hour and 45-50 minutes. If thawed 40° F (4° C) or less, cook 50-55 minutes.
  4. COMBI OVEN Full Fan Preheated 350° F (177° C): Tent lid. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 10 minutes. If frozen 0° F (-18° C), cook 40-45 minutes. If thawed 40° F (4° C) or less, cook 25-30 minutes.
  5. MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 W: Cook loosely covered in a microwave-safe container. Cook each serving 50% Power 4-1/2 - 5minutes.
  6. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.

  • Keep frozen between -18⁰C and -8⁰C
