PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Because equipment varies, these instructions are guidelines only.

• Product may be thawed under refrigeration 40°F (4°C) for no more than 48 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE.

• Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

 

Standard Oven 400°F (200°C) Preheated

FROZEN Cook 1 hour and 45-50 minutes 

REFRIGERATED  Cook 50-55 minutes

 

Convection Oven 350°F (175°C) Preheated

FROZEN Cook 1 hour and 15-20 minutes
