Preparation

For food safety and optimal quality, follow these COOKING instructions. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using a thermometer. Standard Oven 375°F (190°C) Preheated Frozen Cook 75-80 minutes Refrigerated Cook 40-50 minutes Dome lid away from product crimping tightly over tray edges. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 10-15 minutes. Convection Oven 350°F (175°C) Preheated Frozen Cook 55-60 minutes Refrigerated Cook 35-40 minutes Dome lid away from product crimping tightly over tray edges. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 10-15 minutes. Product may be thawed under refrigeration 40°F (4°C) for no more than 48 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
